A moreish and satisfying hand crafted burger with a Mediterranean vibe. Made with shredded tofu, spinach, courgette & pesto. In a grilled ciabatta bun with green olive tapenade, sundried tomato relish, rocket & cucumber.
Served with a side of creamy pesto potato salad topped with crispy onions.
